Tinashe – Red Hat Amphitheater, Raleigh NC
A sultry, stylish performance with flawless vocals and choreography
Tinashe brought heat, elegance, and precision to the Red Hat Amphitheater on June 10th, 2022, delivering a performance that blended sultry choreography, sharp visuals, and her signature smooth vocals. From the moment she appeared at the top of a raised platform, descending the steps with the aura of a woman fully owning her moment, the crowd knew they were in for something special.
Her set was built around coordinated dance numbers that showcased both her talent and the chemistry of her dancers. Every routine felt intentional—clean lines, fluid transitions, and bursts of attitude that matched the rhythm of each song. Tinashe mixed in playful, silly facial expressions throughout the night, giving fans glimpses of her personality and adding a fun, human touch to the polished choreography.
Vocally, she was spot‑on. Her tone was crisp, her delivery controlled, and she hit every note with confidence. Whether she was dancing full‑out or slowing things down for a more intimate moment, her voice never wavered. Fans responded immediately—cheering, singing along, and staying locked in from start to finish.
The performance didn’t rely on massive production or overwhelming effects. Instead, it leaned on Tinashe’s strengths: movement, charisma, and vocal precision. The result was a show that felt both stylish and personal, a reminder of why she continues to stand out as one of the most dynamic performers in modern pop and R&B.
