Archetypes Collide – The Ritz, Raleigh NC

A high‑energy opener that made the room take notice

Archetypes Collide hit The Ritz in Raleigh on May 17th, 2023, supporting the massive Trivium and Beartooth tour stop—and they wasted absolutely no time making their presence known. From the moment they stepped on stage, the band delivered a highly energized performance that never dipped, never slowed, and never lost momentum.

They jumped, ran, and moved across the stage like it belonged entirely to them, turning every inch of it into part of the show. That physical intensity matched their sound perfectly—tight, heavy, and built to ignite a crowd. And ignite it they did. Archetypes Collide engaged with fans throughout the set, leaning into the front rows, calling out to the audience, and making sure everyone felt connected to the moment. As an opener on a powerhouse tour, they understood the assignment: set the tone, raise the energy, and make people remember who they are. Their performance did exactly that.
