LAUREN DAIGLE LIVE!! | PNC ARENA
Lauren Daigle
Lauren Daigle – PNC Arena, Raleigh, NC – 02/23/2024
Lauren Daigle returned to North Carolina with a vibrant and emotionally resonant performance at the PNC Arena on February 23, 2024. Known for her powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics, Daigle brought joy, energy, and connection to the stage in a way that captivated both longtime fans and newcomers alike.
Opening the night was the incredibly talented Blessing Offor, whose soulful voice and dynamic presence immediately got the crowd on their feet. His performance set the tone for an evening filled with inspiration and celebration.
We previously covered Lauren Daigle’s show at the Greensboro Coliseum a few years ago, and based on that unforgettable experience, expectations were high. She did not disappoint. Her fourth studio album, released in two parts in 2023, debuted at #21 on the US Billboard 200 and #1 on the Top Christian Albums chart, marking her fourth consecutive album to top that chart. The album earned her nominations for Top Christian Album at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards and Best Contemporary Christian Music Album at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
While Daigle is widely recognized as a contemporary Christian artist, her music transcends religious boundaries. Her songs resonate with listeners from all walks of life, often creating deeply personal connections. Music, after all, is a universal language—one that allows each listener to interpret and internalize its message in their own unique way.
For me, the song “You Say” evokes memories of my mother—her unwavering belief in me during times when I struggled to believe in myself. It’s not about religion for me; it’s about love, support, and the people who stand by us. Similarly, “Rescue” is another track that carries a deeply personal meaning. Its beauty lies in its ability to speak to different people in different ways, and that’s the magic of Lauren Daigle’s music.

Now, onto the show itself.
Lauren’s performance was a kaleidoscope of color, energy, and heartfelt interaction. From the moment she stepped on stage, she was fully engaged with the audience—smiling, dancing, and radiating joy. The stage design featured a “T”-shaped layout, with a long runway extending into the center of the arena, allowing her to connect with fans throughout the venue.
One of the most touching moments came when she walked down the extended stage and read personal note cards held up by fans, taking time to speak with them directly. Her band was equally energetic and talented, contributing to a show that was as musically rich as it was visually stunning.
This was, without a doubt, one of the most colorful and emotionally engaging concerts I’ve attended in recent memory. Whether you're a longtime fan or just discovering Lauren Daigle, her live performance is an experience worth having. Her music, her message, and her presence on stage make for a truly unforgettable night.
