Movements performed at the Ritz Music Venue in Raleigh and blew the roof of the venue.  Movements are a band based out of New York and formed in 2015.  The band is known as a post hardcore/emo/alternative rock style of music.   They released one E.P in 2016 and three full length albums with the latest coming out in 2023 called “Ruckus”.  For the bands most recent album release they hit the road and started touring extensively and have sold out menu venues along the way.   Their tour stop in Raleigh was no different and was filled with great music and fans who brought a lot of energy with them so they could let loose!  Movements hit the stage under a cloudy flume of smoke and colored lights.  The lights pierced through the fog and bounced around the venue as lead singer Patrick Miranda started singing.   The entire band was moving around the stage really enjoying themselves and fans were signing a long to each song they knew.  The band sounded great, and you could clearly hear the vocals and drummer Spencer York was killing it and kept the entire show moving forward.

The overall experience was great, the band put on a performance that would make any Movements fan happy and overjoyed with attending.  People were crowd surfing and jumping around the entire night. The band engaged with the fans off and on throughout the night and really did seem happy to be there with everyone.
