You and I are discovering Ella Langley at the same time here. What a voice!! Such an upbeat song for one about recovering and trying to move forward from a broken heart. I regularly find country songs empowering and encouraging in that way. This is one to give a listen.
Tyler Hubbard- Dancin’ in the Country

I heard this familiar voice over the speakers in Big Lots and had to google the song right then and there! Tyler Hubbard, formerly of Florida Georgia Line, but of course! I had JUST seen him opening for Old Dominion in September. I love this song. Clearly, if it caught my attention while shopping! Haha! Check it out!
Gabby Barrett- Growin Up Raising You

Country can hit deep, and you can’t have a top 5 list without including a song like this one. I’m a mother so this really hit home, and my heart. This is a beautiful song for parents to listen to at any stage, but especially those just starting out. Gabby came in third on season 16 of American Idol, which launched her career. Check out this song on her newest album.
Dan + Shay- Save Me the Trouble

I have been a fan of Dan + Shay for almost a decade. Their music is so good! I love their harmony. I swear they’re part of the reason I started to listen to country music more often and gave it a real chance. This song is a great one to start with!
